At Kaiser Permanente, we recognize the barriers that LGBTQ individuals, and those living with HIV, often face when pursuing healthcare delivery.

Care Pathway Center is a welcoming space for both LGBTQ and non-LGBTQ members, providing high-quality specialized care delivery in in three distinct areas:

  • HIV medical management
  • HIV prevention (PrEP and PEP); and
  • Gender affirming care for transgender and gender diverse individuals

Care Pathway Center is committed to providing evidence-based, culturally responsive and equitable care for Kaiser Permanente Hawai`i’s transgender and gender diverse members, as well as members who are living with HIV or seeking HIV prevention options (PrEP).
